Most Bristol combi swaps are £2,195–£2,895 fitted, including VAT, flush, filter, thermostat and paperwork. Moving the boiler or converting a system adds £600–£1,200. You get one fixed price after the survey, and that’s what you pay.

Yes. Every engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card with their photo and licence number, so ask to see it. You can check any engineer on the Gas Safe Register website or by calling 0800 408 5500.

Don’t call us first. Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 (free, 24/7). Turn off the gas at the meter, open windows, don’t use switches or flames. Once it’s made safe, we can repair.

Same day for no heating or hot water when you call before 2pm, 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. New boilers are usually fitted within 3–5 working days of the survey.

£85 on weekdays (£120 evenings and weekends) covers the visit and the first 30 minutes of diagnosis. We quote the repair and parts before any work starts. If it isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you.

Up to 12 years’ manufacturer warranty depending on the boiler, registered for you, plus our own 2-year workmanship guarantee. Warranties need an annual service to stay valid. We’ll remind you.

Yes, monthly payments are available on new boilers, subject to status. Pay a deposit on booking and the balance once you’re happy and the boiler is running.

Yes. Air source heat pumps can get a Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (currently £7,500 in England and Wales). We’ll check honestly whether your home suits one before you spend anything.
